Duration: June – August 17th
The Head Cook is responsible for running the kitchen at the camp, including the preparation and serving of all food and maintaining the cleanliness of food preparation and storage areas.
He/she is expected to create a menu of balanced meals and order all necessary food and supplies in consultation with the Director. The Head Cook also needs to keep inventory on cleaning and other kitchen supplies and notify the Director when replacements are needed. He/she will be supervising the Assistant Cook and any other kitchen assistance including volunteers.
